Who owns the programming (source) code, when Data-based-Systems.com builds for me?
Our clients own the programming code that we develop for them!
Data-based Systems Corporation does not license systems to customers i.e. we do not build systems ... and then license what we built back to customers.
- Have you had to pay for modifications to a pre-built industry system that you don't even own (i.e. you license the system from an industry-system vendor)?

Data-based Systems Corporation does not license or sell pre-built systems. When using Data-based Systems Corporation, you own the system source code, including any subsequent development that you request. When a client wants to add features or a system, we design and build for our low development rate (about half of typical pre-built industry-system "support rates") ... and the client owns the code and the system. PERIOD! ... no ands, ifs or buts ...
